There is only one way to develop your character of kindness—practice! If you can show kindness to people every day, you’ll form the habit of generosity. I know because I’ve done it. It’s not as easy as it sounds.
Here are the rules for our 21 Day Kindness Challenge:
- The recipient must not be a family member or friend.
- You must do it for 21 consecutive days.
- You must start over if you miss a day.
- Try different things every day, rather than simply doing the same thing day after day.
- If you do more than one kind act on a particular day, that’s great—but you can’t carry it over to the following day.
